Refunds/Exchanges
Straps: All sales are final. We do, however, guarantee our products. If your strap arrives damaged, we will replace it for you at no cost. Please email salvatore@cincottaemail.com and attach a photo of the damage for our reference. All claims must be made within the first 30 days of purchase.
Bags: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. The bag has to be in unused condition with all the tags still on the bag. If your bag arrives damaged, please email salvatore@cincottaemail.com within the first 30 days of purchase and attach a photo of the damage for our reference.
What type of shipping methods are available?
All of our straps will be shipped via USPS. For domestic orders, your package will ship USPS Priority 2-3 Day. For international orders, your package will ship USPS First Class International (delivery times will vary based on customs, travel time, and your location). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?

Can you drop ship my order?
We can! Simply fill out the 'Ship To' address form with the address you want your strap to be shipped to.

Can my strap be custom engraved?
Yes. We offer FREE custom laser engraving on the Manhattan Collection. The Chelsea Collection can not be Laser engraved due to the cloth material used to produce it.
After you place your order, you will upload your logo in .eps format. This is the only format our laser machine accepts - if you do not understand how to create an .eps file - Google it or talk to your graphic designer who created your logo on how to export this file type.
In addition, the file must be 300dpi and the logo all black on a white background. The laser machine will engrave only what it sees as black in the file.
What is included in my order?
Every strap ordered comes in a black suede pull-string pouch, inside a black and white drawer style box.
